**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior administrative officer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Director in leading strategy and day-to-day operations of the Resolution Unit.
  • To provide high-level administrative support to the Director and other team members.
  • To develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:

**Qualifications:**

Senior Administrative Officer 1

**Skills and Experience:**

A minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a government or public sector organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.

Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
