A Key Role in Valuation Services

We are seeking a skilled and experienced residential valuer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to contribute to the delivery of quality valuation services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely valuation reports;
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies;

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of residential valuation principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. As a residential valuer, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business (property) or equivalent qualifications;
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in residential valuation;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
