Multidisciplinary Paediatric Speech Pathologist

As a Multidisciplinary Paediatric Speech Pathologist with Xavier, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers a wide range of supports tailored to the unique needs of each child. About the Role
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality paediatric developmental assessments and intervention programs, utilising your expertise in AAC and feeding/dysphagia.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to children and their families.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans, ensuring seamless integration with other services.
About You
Requirements:- A recognised tertiary degree in Speech Pathology.
- Strong clinical and non-clinical problem-solving skills, with a client-centred approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of our multi-disciplinary team, providing services across various settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a generous base salary, plus benefits such as flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
