Electrical Maintenance Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform electrical maintenance tasks on various equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.

The role involves conducting preventative maintenance on electrical/mechanical systems, calibrating, testing, inspecting, operating, troubleshooting and maintaining electromechanical devices.

  • Educational background in Electrical or Electronics field is required.
  • Certification in CPR/LVR is also necessary.
  • Cert III or IV in Instrumentation & Control is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
  • A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards safety in the workplace is required.
  • A genuine interest in automation and technology, with the aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures, is preferred.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working at heights of up to 30 meters, lifting, pulling and pushing up to 25kgs unassisted.
