Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. As a valued member of our centre, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development. You will work closely with colleagues to create engaging and stimulating learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of children.

You will be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in regular training and professional development, and contribute to centre-wide initiatives and projects.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the centre's education program and collaborative planning
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria
  • Willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Interest in early years education and child development
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
