About This Opportunity

As an Optical Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps people see the best version of themselves. This is a full-time role in our store.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first friendly face customers see and assist with their queries.
  • Manage bookings to ensure customers are all set for their next visit.
  • Support Optometrists during appointments and assist with pre-testing phases.
  • Dispense glasses with tailored lens options for each customer's needs.
  • Provide excellent customer experience and help customers leave feeling good.

Opportunities for Growth and Development

  • Work towards a Cert IV in Optical Dispensing with full funding available.
  • Grow into In-Store Trainer or Supervisor roles.
