Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Nutrition & Regulatory Specialist to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position is essential for ensuring that our products adhere to regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional nutritional standards. We welcome both seasoned professionals and recent graduates eager to contribute their knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with both local and international food regulations.
- Conduct thorough nutritional evaluations and offer expert guidance on product formulations.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to uphold regulatory and nutritional standards.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in regulatory policies and nutritional science to enhance our product offerings.
- Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory and nutritional issues.
- Engage in the formulation and execution of regulatory strategies to support new product initiatives.
- Review and validate product labels to ensure they meet relevant regulations.
- Deliver training and support to internal teams regarding regulatory and nutritional standards.
- Assist the consumer services department in addressing nutrition-related inquiries.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in regulatory compliance and nutrition, although we are also open to recent graduates in the field. Key qualifications include:
- A bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of food regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proven experience in conducting nutritional assessments and advising on product formulations.
- Experience in maintaining accurate regulatory documentation.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and a preference for candidates with dairy industry experience.
