We are seeking an accomplished electrical systems engineer to spearhead the development and design of innovative solutions that meet our unique requirements.

Job Overview:

This role involves driving the integration of electrical systems into larger product designs, providing technical guidance to junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering principles, techniques, and technologies, as well as experience working in fast-paced environments.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and mentor junior engineers, and strong time management and organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and design of innovative electrical systems
  • Collaborate with other engineers and team members to integrate electrical systems into larger product designs
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior role within defence, tech or any fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in electrical engineering principles, techniques, and technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard electrical design and simulation software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor junior engineers
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
