Chief Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Director to lead the transformation of our operations. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven team and take the reins of day-to-day operations.

This role is focused on uplifting systems, capability, and accountability across operational functions. You will guide the combined operational team to deliver service excellence, embed a culture of performance and collaboration, and build systems that enable scale.

  • Provide strategic oversight across repairs, refurbishment, logistics, decommissioning, and operational compliance
  • Coach and support functional leads to create high-performing teams
  • Lead operational improvements, performance monitoring, and workflow integration
  • Oversee WHS, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks
  • Act as operational lead for ERP selection, implementation, and organisational readiness
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key external partners to align operations with strategic goals
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing strategic oversight across various operational areas. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and mission.
