Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation department, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

Your Role:

  • Oversee project implementation and manage a team of installers and subcontractors.
  • Plan and schedule installations, providing support on site as needed.
  • Conduct risk assessments and project evaluations, enforcing safety protocols and taking appropriate actions to prevent issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and guide the team to solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality installations through regular inspections and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Drive a safety-focused culture to achieve safety targets.

About You:

  • You will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • An avid communicator and negotiator with demonstrated experience in managing projects end-to-end.
  • A sound level of mechanical exposure and competence.

Requirements:

  • A-Grade Electrical License, Construction White Card, and Valid Driver's License are mandatory.
  • Experience in Building or Construction Management is preferred.
  • Qualifications in Installations Management or Engineering are preferred.
  • Experience working with lifts is a plus.
