Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking to drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Assistant Retail Manager.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising strategies, achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering exceptional customer service, auditing inventory, and leading the store in the absence of the manager.

  • Maintain effective visual merchandising strategies to highlight key products and drive sales growth
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate stock levels and make adjustments as necessary
  • Lead the store team in the absence of the manager, overseeing sales and staff performance

Key Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of leadership experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven coaching and development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Qualifications and experience in a related field, such as business or management, are highly regarded
