The Role: Administration Officer
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services Toowoomba. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Administration Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our management team, including managing records, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to our residents, families, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check: May be required for this role.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Salary Packaging: Up to $15,990 per annum.
