About This Role- Develop and maintain an internal training platform to deliver comprehensive employee training.
- Collaborate with Operations and EHS teams to identify effective training delivery methods.
- Create tailored training materials, including task-specific packages, video tutorials, pictorial guides, and competency assessments.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in metal recycling, mining, or construction.
