Role Summary

This is a permanent part-time Nursing position available at a modern community in Muswellbrook, offering 65 beds and 22 independent living villas. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse to lead our care team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient services.

About the Position
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
  • Current NDIS check
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
  • Assessment and care planning experience for older persons
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical leadership to staff members and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
  2. Deliver high-quality patient care and services that meet or exceed organisational standards
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
