We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Windscreen Fitter Apprentice to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As part of our apprenticeship program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the auto glass industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for undergoing on-the-job training to become a certified Windscreen Fitter. You will work closely with our experienced technicians to learn the latest techniques and technologies in windscreen repair and replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in our comprehensive apprenticeship program
  • Undertake hands-on training to develop your skills and knowledge in windscreen repair and replacement
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We Offer

In addition to gaining valuable industry experience and qualifications, you will also receive a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and keeping them engaged
  • Must have a valid/current driver's license
  • Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade
  • Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire to succeed, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
