This role involves working as part of our post-implementation operations team.

Job Description

We're looking for a techno-functional consultant who takes pride in anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges.

You will play a key role in configuring and customizing D365BC solutions, responding to client support requests, monitoring system performance, and identifying potential issues before they impact the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring and customizing D365BC solutions
  • Responding to client support requests
  • Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience development in D365 Business Central/NAV
  • Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management, and change management
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, scope, and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and to tight deadlines
