About the Role

The Client Services Team Manager will lead a team of Client Services Advisors, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to clients. This involves listening closely to customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 12 Client Services Advisors
  • Oversee policy updates and drive team performance to promote products and services

  • Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth
  • Leverage your understanding of the Youi environment to deliver exceptional results
