About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Barongarook Gardens in Colac, VIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements, and regulations.
  • Multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage the delegation process to achieve quality outcomes within expected timeframes.
What You Bring
  • Active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred.
  • Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
