Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery
- Consult with clients, suppliers, trades, and management to achieve desired outcomes
- Drive internal sales, converting leads, and building on existing relationships
- Prepare quotes, forecasts, and sales reports to inform business decisions
- Manage pricing and stock levels to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
- Provide general administrative support as required
