Clinical Lead for Child Mental Health Program

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee our Child Mental Health Program. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of mental health services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of clinicians in the provision of assessment, diagnosis and treatment services for children with mental health issues
- Develop and implement program plans to achieve service goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other services to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work)
- Extensive experience working with children and families
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
