Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Strike Bowling & Holey Moley in Carousel, Perth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenues, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting the management of Front of House & Back of House operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality superstars to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive revenue growth through effective shift management and guest engagement
  • Create engaging and memorable experiences for our guests
  • Support the management of Front of House & Back of House operations, including rostering, training, and P&L management
  • Develop and upskill your team members and yourself
Requirements
  • Valid RSA certification
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Proven experience in hospitality, with a focus on customer service and team management
  • Strong time management skills and administrative experience
