Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the construction industry? CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Highway Traffic Operations Coordinator to join our team on the HumeLink West project.

Based in Sydney, this role will require you to manage traffic operations, ensuring compliance with safe work practices, company policies and procedures, and legislative obligations. Your responsibilities will include managing traffic procurement, implementing robust systems and processes, delivering best-for-project outcomes through positive leadership and collaboration, conducting regular onsite audits and leadership walks, and ensuring that subcontractors are set up to succeed.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Civil or Traffic Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. You should also have a minimum of 5 years' relevant construction and traffic experience, including experience in developing Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes, auditing, and contractor management. Additionally, you should be proficient in RAPID software and Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
