Job Summary: Tesla is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of response and attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, pick, ship, and transact materials inventory to support the needs of vehicle service.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately record parts transactions and data into our Dealer Management System, with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Communicate estimated parts shipment and arrival times, including regular updates, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct any inbound packaging issues from our internal and external suppliers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines to maintain a high level of service quality.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles, with 1-3 years' experience in the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with DMS Systems, SAP, and MS Office Suite.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and establish cooperative working relationships with the public.
  • Professional Integrity: Maintain and perform top-level professional integrity and appearance as a Parts Advisor.
