Job Title: Solution Specialist

Overview of the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive customer adoption of Microsoft Teams calling solutions by applying your deep knowledge of our products and services combined with Microsoft's licensing and modern work portfolio. Your ability to articulate how technology can transform business, and your entrepreneurial spirit is what makes you exceptional at your job, you're focused on developing end-to-end technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute significantly to sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to Microsoft calling solutions.
  • Manage sales opportunities from identification and qualification to closing, leveraging expertise in technology solutions and sales.
  • Use your strong technical knowledge of Microsoft licensing and solutions with Telstra's UC offerings to identify and build qualified pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in solution requirements and assist in new customer solution development and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably with Microsoft products.
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certified.
  • Experience with Microsoft CSP Sales and MCI Programs.
