A high-performing Store Manager is required for a leading fashion brand's flagship store on Chapel Street, Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to lead a team of sales staff, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
- Lead a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Motivate and coach staff to achieve their full potential.
- Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Represent the brand and promote its products to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or senior customer service.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fashion and design.
