We're looking for a diligent and proactive Store Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our store's operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our store runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and dispatching of stock, including stock control and count
  • Providing exceptional customer service, dealing with queries and keeping customers updated on their orders
  • Managing banking, cash, and purchase orders, as well as performing daily reconciliations
  • Proactively identifying potential risks and conducting floor walks to mitigate them

You'll be a great fit if you're a self-motivated individual with good attention to detail, looking to make a real difference in our store. Experience in retail is a bonus, but what's more important is your enthusiasm for learning and growth.
