Branch Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Banking Services team as a Branch Concierge. As the public face of Commonwealth Bank, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers.

• Greet each customer and clearly understand their enquiry, guiding them to the appropriate channel.
• Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience.
• Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively and efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience.

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence.
• The ability to manage customer expectations and build personal connections.
• A genuine interest in building a career with Commonwealth Bank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers.
