Are you a visionary leader seeking to shape the future of media and storytelling? We invite applications for an Executive Producer role that will oversee the editorial strategy for our Hebrew language team.

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in broadcast journalism, production, and presentation of multi-platform content in Hebrew. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content, managing teams, and collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver the editorial strategy for the Hebrew language team, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Hebrew production team, supervise production, and ensure delivery of high-quality, multi-platform content (radio, online, social media).
  • Write, compile, and present news, sport, and current affairs in Hebrew from a variety of sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain relationships across teams to support content production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in professional broadcast journalism with production and presentation of multi-platform content in Hebrew.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hebrew, with clear broadcast delivery. Language assessment may be required.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) and digital audio editing/production software.
  • Strong administrative abilities: accuracy, numeracy, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and see tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and solve problems.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of the Hebrew-speaking community in Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders and to work from either Sydney or Melbourne studios.
