Job Title: Barista, Cafe Attendant/Manager and Customer Engagement Specialist

About Our Team: We are a dynamic team dedicated to helping everyone who walks through our doors become the fittest, strongest, healthiest and happiest version of themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service and engage with our customers in a friendly and welcoming way to continue the culture and ethos at our establishment.
  • To make the best coffees and smoothies, keep the café clean and tidy, replenish stock when required, and be confident and capable to answer any questions customers have about our services.
  • To engage with customers through our social media channels by developing fun and engaging content that makes our customers proud to be part of our crew.

Scope for Growth:

This position has enormous scope to further develop and expand the role to include administration tasks, such as supporting the onboarding of new customers, managing communication to customers, managing social media accounts, sending thank you notes to customers, making website updates, managing the online booking system and more.

Requirements:

  • - Barista/hospitality and/or customer service experience preferred but not essential
    - Excellent verbal communication skills to ensure all customers feel welcome and attended to
