We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Stockperson to lead our teams at Headingly and Dalgonally Stations. As a key member of our livestock operations team, you will be responsible for managing stock staff, driving training and assessment programs, and ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and workplace health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead station livestock staff, promoting strong communication and teamwork
- Develop and implement animal husbandry programs to ensure the welfare of all livestock
- Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date livestock information
- Assist in planning and implementing general maintenance and capital improvement programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of AACo's internal training framework
