The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and be committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

As a Housekeeper with Minor Hotels, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to teamwork will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the resort
  • Complete cleaning tasks on time and within allocated hours
  • Clean using provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training
  • Provide a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients, and contractors
  • Maintain quality control by inspecting rooms and addressing any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is highly desirable
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, reliable, and able to take direction
  • Friendly personality with a positive outlook
  • Great attention to detail and pride in your work
