Job Description
  • Lead a high-performing team to foster a customer-centric culture within the store environment.
  • Oversee all store operations to ensure seamless and efficient performance.

As a results-driven professional, you will be responsible for reviewing sales and stock sell-through reports, analysing key metrics and collaborating with regional managers to implement future actions. You will also hold yourself and your team accountable for outcomes, mentor and coach individuals to address gaps and celebrate strengths.

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience in retail, a genuine passion for fashion and proven experience in coaching and developing teams. They must have full working rights and be comfortable prioritising team members' wellbeing and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
  • Implement and maintain efficient store operations to maximise productivity.
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve career goals and improve job satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail.
