The opportunity

You will have the chance to work with a passionate team who are dedicated to supporting our older people to feel known, loved, and connected. With our Clinical Education Manager's support, you will ensure our staff are skilled, competent, and supported to deliver exceptional care.

The requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in health or aged care with a relevant qualification
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Experience in training and development, coaching, and/or mentoring
  • Ability to conduct engaging training sessions with diverse groups
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
