About the Role

The Project Producer will work in partnership with Drummond Street Services to design and co-produce creative programmes that improve cultural safety and wellbeing outcomes for young people across Melbourne.

This role plays a key part in delivering impactful outcomes for our community by working collaboratively with artists and stakeholders to create inclusive and empowering programmes.

About You

You are a natural community connector, confident in working alongside young people and artists to create innovative and effective programmes. You bring passion, cultural insight, and strong collaboration skills to everything you do.

Your experience might include:

  • Delivering innovative arts or youth-focused projects
  • Engaging hard-to-reach young people, particularly from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and LGBTQIA+ communities
