Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Procurement and Contract Administration Specialist to join our Tunnelling Defects team based in our Rhodes office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing accruals and ensuring costs are committed.
  • Analyzing cost to date and forecast cost to complete.
  • Updating forecasts and cost to date figures.
  • Evaluating and negotiating contractual claims with sub-contractors.
  • Processing sub-contractor payments in accordance with the Security of Payment Act, assessing works completed, variations and back charges.
  • Managing the procurement of suppliers, trades and services.

Our minimum requirements for this role include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage own work in a small team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
