Job Title: Senior Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled finance leader to oversee the APAC finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate completion of statutory accounts, taxation, and regulatory obligations.
  • Treasury Functions: Manage cash flow modelling and forecasting, as well as external relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, financiers, etc.
  • Management Reporting: Deliver a comprehensive management reporting pack on time, analyzing P&L KPIs tracking sales, margins, costs, etc.
  • Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the APAC finance team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and objectives.
  • Commercial Initiatives: Assess APAC commercial initiatives, business performance & profitability, and market trends.
  • Strategic Finance Lead: Act as the strategic finance lead for the APAC business, working closely with a cross-functional leadership team.
  • Global Finance Initiatives: Participate in global finance initiatives, driving collaborative efforts across regions.

Requirements:

  • Technical Grounding: Strong technical grounding in finance, with experience in hospitality, hotel, travel, aviation, or cruise line sectors.
