About the Role:
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art machinery and equipment;
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records;
- Perform general farm duties as required;
- Opportunity to progress to a management position;
- Potential for leadership responsibilities and staff supervision;
About You:
- Previous experience in broadacre cropping operations;
- Good time management skills;
- Manual C Class license essential, HR or MC truck license desirable;
- Self-motivated and progressive attitude with high level of attention to detail;
- Proficient with computers and technology;
- Ability to commit and adhere to safe work practices;
- Must be a non-smoker;
