Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist, People Operations role provides essential assistance to the human resources function. Key responsibilities include daily tasks support such as HRIS data input, payroll processing, and personnel file management.
Key Responsibilities:- **Administrative Support**: Provide crucial assistance with correspondence generation, record keeping, medical and statutory form submission.
- **Daily Tasks Support**: Assist with HRIS data input, payroll process, personnel file management, employee benefits management, and leave management.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Collect documentation for payroll, tax, pension, and other related documentation for payroll processing. Maintain end-to-end processes for all workforce analytics procedures.
- **HR Documents Preparation**: Assist in preparing HR documents and letters.
- **Work Visa Support**: Provide advisory on work visa process and requirements information. Track and renew work visas when due.
- **Cooperation and Client Satisfaction**: Maintain a good and professional working cooperation within internal and external relations with priority on client satisfaction.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations for in-country and global people operations activities.
