Job Opportunity:
Treasury Management SpecialistDrive strategic decision-making and process improvements within an organisation's treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ABS transactions across debt capital markets programs.
- Manage key funding relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, legal counsel, and trustees.
- Oversee warehouse facilities, monitoring portfolio metrics, and sales, drawdowns, and reallocations.
- Prepare monthly reporting packs for warehouse facilities and ABS trusts.
- Assist in expanding existing warehouse facilities and establishing new funding structures.
- Manage interest rate risk in accordance with hedging strategy, utilising swaps and other derivatives.
- Maintain and update funding models and trust management systems.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the treasury function.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- 2+ years Securitisation & Funding experience, preferably in a non-bank lender.
- Strong understanding of debt capital and interest rate markets.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA).
- Experience with data analytics tools or languages such as SQL, Python highly regarded.
