You will be responsible for assisting the senior team in guiding a group of chefs, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards. With a strong focus on creativity and innovation, this is an ideal position for those who are passionate about fine dining and eager to learn.


The RACV City Club is a world-class venue, offering a range of dining experiences. As part of our team, you will have the chance to work alongside guest chefs and play a vital role in some of the best events in Melbourne.


What You'll Need to Be Successful



  • A sound understanding of culinary techniques and principles
  • A creative and innovative mindset
  • A desire to further develop your skills and knowledge
  • Experience working in hatted or Michelin-starred venues for our fine dining outlets
  • The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods
  • Full working rights in Australia
