Your RoleWe have two exciting opportunities in our Adelaide office for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our ER & P practice group.

Special Counsel/Senior Associate – Corporate and ResourcesYou will be instrumental in advising on a diverse array of complex M&A and corporate transactions, overseeing due diligence processes, negotiating transaction terms, and executing deals that propel strategic growth for our clients.
We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of seven years' PQE gained at a reputable law firm or in-house, preferably in the Corporate and/or Energy & Resources space.
- 7+ years' experience within Public and/or Private M&A, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets, and/or Corporate Advisory.
- OR; 7+ years' experience in Energy and Resources.
- Experience with Native Title desired but not essential.
