Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver diverse urban development projects across sectors.
- Drive client engagement and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Navigate planning frameworks and deliver strategic, future-focused outcomes.
- A degree in Planning or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in urban planning (consulting or government).
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian planning system.
- Excellent communication, project management, and writing skills.
- A passion for shaping better places and delivering real-world impact.
- Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (a plus).
