Transport Law Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transport Practice Group in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work on a range of transport-related matters, including aviation and maritime law, insurance, and commercial litigation.

About the Role:
  • Conduct insurance, commercial, and personal injury litigation;
  • Advise and act on behalf of clients in relation to third-party claims, major incidents, emergency response, and insurance advice;
  • Work with pre-eminent practitioners in the field and prominent national clients;
  • Have the opportunity to build your career in a highly specialized and interesting niche field of the law.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years PAE in either transport law, insurance litigation, aviation, marine, personal injury litigation, or other civil litigation;
  • Strong practice management skills and attention to detail;
  • An ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously as required;
  • A keen desire to learn and develop technical skills in this varied and challenging role.
