Job Title:

Venue Manager- Chatswood

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
  • Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards.
  • Day to day inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
  • Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
  • Responsible for venue P&L management.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
  • A people person who can bring out the best in their team and customers.
  • A go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in creating rosters, managing KPI's and developing a team.
  • Organised, proactive, and always up for the challenge.
