**Job Title:** Early Childhood Educator and Leader**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Preschool Room Leader to join our team of educators at a Long Day Care Centre in Sydney. Our centre is committed to providing quality education and care services that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). As a Preschool Early Childhood Educator and Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating, positive & inclusive environment for children.**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience/training in a similar role as a Preschool Educator and Leader
  • Ability to manage a busy room setting up exciting experiences and liaise with staff
  • Hold a completed Certificate III or Diploma (ACECQA Approved)
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
