Personal Carer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Carer to join our team. As a Personal Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care to our residents based on their individual needs.

Working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, you will assist with daily tasks and activities, personal care, and mobility. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with meals and drinks to make it a pleasurable and safe experience
  • Promoting independence and confidence by encouraging residents to participate in activities
  • Supporting residents to make choices about their lifestyle and activities of daily living, in line with their care plan
  • Developing and delivering person-centred care plans with the team

What We Are Looking For

We require individuals who possess:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Demonstrated experience in a personal carer role, working without direct supervision
  • Sound best practice personal and clinical care skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound time management to manage own workload
