Hastha Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Connex Developer to join our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Banking and Financial Services Payments and Cards, Acquiring Solutions, and a strong background in IT Product Specialist roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Connex Switch applications within HPNS TANDEM Environment
• Provide expert-level support for Switching technology, EFT, Payments, and Banking domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot incidents from production environment
• Develop and maintain knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and simulators like FINSIM, VISA, MC
• Contribute to the development of customizations on CONNEX Switch
• Participate in EMV implementation and Tokenization Projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services Payments and Cards, Acquiring Solutions
• Relevant experience as an IT Product Specialist with strong technical and analytical skills
• Expertise in Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation in Connex Switch application within HPNS TANDEM Environment
• Good understanding of Switching technology, EFT, Payments, and Banking domain
• Experience in handling Scheme mandates like VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS, US REGIONAL Networks PULSE, DISCOVER, NYCE, SHAZAM
• Good understanding of knowledge on ISO 8583 and AS2805 Network Specifications
• Hands-on experience on Switch Migration/Software Upgradation, Hardware Migration TANDEM
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and troubleshooting incidents from production environment
• Having knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and simulators like FINSIM, VISA, MC
• Experience on various customizations on CONNEX Switch
• Experience in EMV implementation, Tokenization Projects
• Very good communication skills
