We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Specialist to join our dynamic team at 11 Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain metallic roof and wall claddings, flashings, and rainwater products to the highest standards.
- Perform regular maintenance on roof components to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
- Repair any damaged or malfunctioning flashings, claddings, and rainwater systems to maintain the integrity of the roof.
- Install facia, gutters, and downpipes to ensure a watertight seal.
- Maintain safety standards on all job sites, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with the roofing team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Roofing Specialist with a strong background in installing and maintaining metallic roof and wall claddings, flashings, and rainwater products.
- Minimum Cert III in a relevant industry.
- Ability to work at heights and handle roofing materials safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, plus superannuation.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

- Full-time, stable employment with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
