Dynamic Concession Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Concession Manager to join our dynamic team at Myer Carindale. As an integral part of Forever New's fast-growing fashion brand, you will leverage your initiative and leadership skills to drive sales, manage stock, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, profit margins, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Forever New and Myer stakeholders, ensuring seamless partnership and collaboration.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, diversity, and respect among team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute plans for promotional events, product launches, and in-store experiences that drive engagement and sales.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in retail store management, with experience in driving sales, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building loyalty and retention.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
