Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our care home. This position is responsible for administering various functions, including employee service, payroll, training, compliance, and HR activities.
- Manage rosters, payroll, training, compliance, and recruitment activities with utmost efficiency.
- Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new starters, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their loved ones, offering a warm and welcoming introduction to our care home.
- Coordinate admissions, handle enquiries, and deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate patience and composure when interacting with anxious families or confused residents.
- possess excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
- Bring previous experience in admin/customer service roles, particularly in roster management, payroll processing, and general HR functions.
